Hello! My name is Henley Smith and I am a queer, nonbinary, trans-masc, White,
neurodivergent, and caring human. I am a pre-licensed counselor.
Both in my professional and personal life I strive to honor the culturally unique experiences of all individuals. As
such, I am committed to practicing anti-racism and creating a safe space for all my clients. I aim to act with compassion, genuineness, authenticity, and encouragement when interacting with clients. I possess a strong natural inclination for empathy, an innate desire
to be helpful, and a knack for creative problem solving. The varied experiences I have had in both my personal and professional life have taught me invaluable lessons in the
importance of perspective and continual growth that I believe serve me well in the
counseling relationship. One of these lessons is that trust is earned and maintained over time.
I look forward to earning yours!
