PCC clinicians participate in these plans. Participation varies by clinician and by your specific plan. See Meet Our Team for each clinician’s accepted insurance.

Confirm participation with our office before scheduling. Ask your insurer about coverage, deductibles, copays, and referral or authorization requirements. Benefits verification does not guarantee payment.

SELF PAY FEES

Licensed provider: $150 per session

Pre-licensed provider: $100 per session; $115 for the intake appointment

Pre-licensed reduced rate: $75 per session when needed. Contact our office to arrange a reduced rate.

Intern: $50 for all sessions, including intake appointments

Group session: $40

Alcohol & drug assessment: $250

Mental health assessment: $250

Combined mental health & alcohol/drug assessment: $350

Individual counseling sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50.
No-show appointments: $50.

Assessments help identify a diagnosis and appropriate level of care. They are not full psychological evaluations. Contact us before scheduling an assessment for a legal matter to discuss the request and requirements.
