We provide comprehensive assessments with recommendations for treatment as well as referrals for services.

Individual Therapy

We provide a safe space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings freely without judgment.

It is our goal to make sure that each of our clients feel that they can be heard, that they are important, and that they can conquer whatever they may be facing.

Perinatal Mental Health Services

We provide counseling for challenges surrounding pregnancy & postpartum, support groups & psycho-educational groups, as well as education, resources, and screening tools for perinatal providers.

Family Therapy

Family support is crucial for those suffering with mental illness and/or addiction. We provide education and counseling for families.
