When anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or changes in your family leave you feeling stuck, you deserve support that makes room for your whole experience. I work with children ages three and up, adolescents, adults, and couples, adapting therapy to each person's stage of life and needs.

My areas of interest include OCD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also support children and teens through family changes and work with individuals experiencing self-harm or suicidal thoughts.

I take a holistic approach and draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we can explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and responses and build practical tools for the challenges you are facing.

My experience includes outpatient individual therapy, adolescent DBT intensive outpatient treatment, and advocacy with sexual assault survivors. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Carson-Newman University and am a Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation. I also serve as CFO at Powell Counseling Center.
