You know your own life best, and your strengths deserve a place in the conversation. I work with adolescents and adults using a collaborative approach that makes room for your experiences, identity, and goals.
I have a particular interest in helping people navigate anxiety, panic, depression, mood and personality disorders, life transitions, and concerns about confidence or self-esteem. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other approaches selected around your needs. Together, we can explore patterns and find practical ways to respond to the challenges you are facing.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to antiracism. I value each person's dignity and aim to create a space where you can speak openly and feel understood.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker supervised by Anne Stephens, LCSW, for licensure. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from the University of Tennessee in 2021 and 2022. My experience includes case management at the McNabb Center, intensive outpatient behavioral health, DBT groups, and individual therapy since 2022. Outside of work, I enjoy music, movies, staying active, and video games.
