Hayley Lambert
Counseling Intern • (she/her)

You deserve a place where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to explore what is weighing on you and who you want to become. Whether you are struggling with self-doubt, moving through grief, or adjusting to a new chapter, my goal is to support you as you find your way forward.
I work with children, teens, and adults ages 6–65, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I especially enjoy supporting people who find it difficult to believe in themselves. My person-centered approach makes room for your experiences, strengths, and goals as we work toward closing the gap between where you are and where you would like to be.
I draw on person-centered therapy and play therapy, with an approach shaped around your needs and stage of life. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming environment where you can begin sharing your story without judgment. I hope you leave feeling heard and knowing you have a supportive place to return to.
I am a Counseling Intern with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I am currently in my second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's program. I complete my clinical training under the supervision of Kayla Tatum-Sharp, LPC-MHSP. My undergraduate counseling classes sparked my interest in this work, and seeing clients recognize their progress and begin believing in themselves keeps me inspired.
I believe caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. Outside the office, I enjoy playing guitar, singing, spending time with friends and family, and watching Vols football.
