Licensed Clinical Social Worker

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to feel heard, gain perspective, and learn ways to cope with a difficult world. My approach is warm, conversational, creative, and compassionate. I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you toward goals we establish together.
I work with individuals ages 12 and up and with couples. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, overwhelming emotions, and stress or burnout. I also welcome clients with ADHD or autism who are looking for support shaped around their needs.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to meaningful change. You are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore your experiences, build understanding, and find practical ways forward. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered and solution-focused approaches, motivational interviewing, family systems, and creative or play-based methods as appropriate for your age and goals.
In our first session, I hope you feel comfortable and experience a space where you can speak without judgment. We’ll begin getting to know one another and talking about what brings you to counseling and what you want to change. Asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work. My own experience with therapy and my interest in how social systems affect people helped draw me to this work.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, playing with my dogs, being outdoors, and art.
